Some of you may have noticed, perusing this website, that it is frequented by quite a large contingent of sexist, shallow, cliquish, hormonally-driven and lustful tennis freaks to whom, it often seems, Hottness is all. And the men who read this blog aren' always all that high-minded, either. . . But let's leave them out of it for now.Frankie

Ladies, here's your chance to lay all your cards on the table. I am asking each of you to step up and submit your Hott 5, in order of Hottness (hottest guy at No. 1). Feel free to add a comment to each of your choices, but keep it brief. Oh, and you men, you can talk Federer's slice backhand or something. . .

We'll do this in honor of Frankie, aka Tire Boy, who took out Juan Del Potro yesterday in Indianapolis.  I am due back from Newfoundland Sunday night, so have a great weekend.

ptenis: SOOOOOO territorial all of a sudden. Yeesh! ;)

'Night all.

Posted by temes 07/27/2007 at 02:09 AM

Novak looks a bit like a psycho, doesn't he? I understand it can be very hott though.

Posted by Celia 07/27/2007 at 02:10 AM

I guess I should go too. Bye!

Posted by Snoo Foo 07/27/2007 at 02:21 AM

Dude! I just realized, cuz I'm so dumb, that Furry Frankie's gonna be on the televisions tomorrow! Or more like, 10 hours from now! Whoo whoo! TGIFFF! And Mitya too!

Posted by fastbowler 07/27/2007 at 04:00 AM

"Nice description fastbowler. Don't you like Guga? Just asking."

Not really, Ren. When he grew out his curly hair, though, I loved it! He's OK. Just listed current players for the list.

"My list:

1. Temes
2. Sherlock
3. Tim
4. Todd and In Charge
5. Pete"

Ray, if you can, list down the one with the best hair, best forearms, best posterior…

Posted by Andrea 07/27/2007 at 04:21 AM

Temes-
This is for you. I think you'll like it.
Hint: it has to do with Serena.

I don't really know as I'm a straight male, but I wouldn't mind looking like Safin, he is a good-looking dude.

Posted by jon 07/27/2007 at 04:41 AM

the hottest girls are:

serena
sharapova
vaidisova
ivanovic

Posted by EmBug 07/27/2007 at 05:35 AM

Marat Safin... 6'4" and cute as a button
Andre Agassi... married, but oh that smile
Roger Federer... slow motion forehands
Fernando Gonzalez... hair and flair and grunts
Tipsarevic... mysteriously tatooed and pierced

Posted by Samantha 07/27/2007 at 07:54 AM

Guten tag TW and happy friday. I forgot to include Enqvist and Edberg is my list. Mark Phillipousis is another one I don't get. I watched Age of Love and couldn't believe these desperate and yes pathetic women throwing themselves at him. I like mature, sophisticated guys who are self assured and succesful. Guys, like Safin and Blake strike me as lacking self confidence which I find unattractive in a guy. Remember Safin with that famous quote about playing Roger, "I have no confidence". Go Justine!

Posted by Bethany 07/27/2007 at 08:07 AM

Way to go Highpockets. I swear all the Nadal men are hot - but Miguel Angel takes the cake. Serious good looks there - did you see him at Wimbledon - I frequently rewind that section of the final. Rafa is gorgeous, but his uncle - HOTT!
He is also seriously sexy. Lucky lucky wife!
I need some ice - fast :)

Posted by Tari 07/27/2007 at 08:09 AM

Wow! The fun just continued last night. :)

And I wake up to find that I agree with TENNIS LOVER about something?? Who spiked my coffee? :))

Lleyton Hewitt is definitely hot. Much more so in person. And I also think he's a decent guy, too. Shocking!

Off to work...

Posted by Samantha 07/27/2007 at 08:14 AM

I forgot to ask, I'm just curious, what kind of qualities guys find attractive in girls? For alot of guys in my school, face and body are the only two things that matter and I think that's true for alot of guys. I know my boyfriend is like that and every guy I know. Even my little brother who is only 8 says, he only like the "cute girls" at his school, so I guess guys learn this at a young age.

Posted by Maplesugar 07/27/2007 at 08:21 AM

Good morning, everyone...Enjoyed reading all your posts with my morning coffee. It's fun being shallow in public...for a little while at least, isn't it?

Sam, thanks for your comments on my comments (rototiller, donuts, positions). :))) Right from the heart, my man.

Beth, please know that I do not sanction your placing Roger in the "suitable for taking home to meet mother" category. He is not the boy next door. He's the greatest tennis player who ever lived, who ever moved, who ever drew breath. If my daughter brought him home to meet me, I'd be all over him before you could say "Mrs. Robinson."

Hey, Tim....Ya know Benjamin Becker kind of reminds me of Keifer...he has those huge, liquid eyes. Very cute younger version of Nicolas.

And FoT: I never saw that Hopman cup match with Mirka and Roger--but would love to. What year what that?

Sexiest baseball player: Manny Ramirez: big bat, big attitude, big talent, big hair, big team. Go Sox!

Posted by patrick 07/27/2007 at 08:29 AM

Temes,Tim, and other people who have already listed their ladies,
I am going to wait officially on the WTA thread before I publish my list but some of the names that have been mentioned are on my list to.

*back to reading thread*

Posted by rudy3 07/27/2007 at 09:35 AM

Mornin'

Highpockets & Celcia: I really loved the Deathly Hallows. Bittersweet of course, but a good read and a good way to end it all. Without giving anything away...Snape...its what I suspected all the long!

And I teach dance, so that show "So You Think You Can Dance", to me not the most entertaining, a busman's holiday, I see that show everyday.

Oh and yeah Rafa is still the hottest, and yes Uncle Miguel Angel is definitly "on my trip to Mallorca, Spain, I got in some serious trouble" material.

Posted by MrsSanta 07/27/2007 at 09:41 AM

Wohoo! I made a list. *Sprinkles glitter on D-wiz* Most of these rankings would be so much better if they included me.

****Honorable Mention: Blake (just seems like a cool guy)

and yes, I'm gay

Posted by Ray Stonada 07/27/2007 at 10:09 AM

Kiefer's getting love. Is it because he's Bad, Mark?

Posted by Andrea 07/27/2007 at 10:14 AM

Morning everyone! *waves*

Maplesugar-
Manny Ramirez? Ooooo...sounds like we've got a Boston fan here.
I would say the hottest baseball player is Derek Jeter- can you guess what team I like...

Posted by Andrea 07/27/2007 at 10:21 AM

Ray, Mark-
Keifer looks like Colin Farrell. And Colin's hott...in that 'bad' way.

rudy3-
Yes, I love it when Uncle Miguel comes to watch the matches. He's just nice to look at. Total eye-candy. I didn't have him on my list because he's not a tennis player.

Posted by Maplesugar 07/27/2007 at 10:22 AM

Hi, Ray...sorry for butting in re. your question to Mark--but, I like Kiefer not because of the bad-boy element but because he is so cute in a no one understands me, I'm just really a little boy inside cute way.

Andrea...let me guess--the Yankees? My favorite player on the Yanks is Hideki Matsui. He is very, very sexy. Doesn't say much, at least in English, but gets the job done. Just like Roger Federer! He's an amazing athlete.

Posted by Maplesugar 07/27/2007 at 10:24 AM

oh, Andy...yeah I see the Collin Farrel resemblance to Kiefer. I just LOVE Kiefer's big eyes. And he's a great player. His other antics on court I don't like much...bad sportsmanship.

Posted by ptenisnet 07/27/2007 at 10:25 AM

It's all fun and games to say territorial, but before you know it she'll be off with some samba singing dude.

Posted by Mark 07/27/2007 at 10:38 AM

In addition to the fact that I think Keifer is a good looking guy, he's just entertaining to watch and a bit pscycho, which is always fun to observe. The bad boy persona always leads to intrigue as well

Posted by 07/27/2007 at 11:20 AM

1) Goran
2) Gonzo
3) Rafter
4) F.Lopez
5) Safin

Honorable mentions: Moya, Guga (pure charm), Nadal (nice buns),Srichaphan

Posted by Pseudonymity 07/27/2007 at 11:40 AM

Time for a real "Men of TW" hot list. I've seen pics of them all. ;-)

1. Ptenisnet
2. Sherlock/Sam
3. Ray
4. Andrew
5. Dunlop Maxply

And the rest of the TW men I've seen pics of are pretty great-looking too!

Posted by Tim 07/27/2007 at 11:45 AM

Samantha, i hope you realize something when it comes to men-- sure, most are visually oriented and love a hot babe, but boyfriend material should be about someone who appreciates YOU and the kind of person you are to, not whether youre in a miniskirt or not, enough said.

I know what Im talkinga bout. Gay men are the worst when it comes to total superificial standards, but you dont have to settle for being some trophy girlfriend to a selifish guy who only cares about your looks... Id rather be single than be with some superficial guy who's first priority is looks.. they cheat the fastest too! lol

Posted by zola 07/27/2007 at 11:50 AM

Tim,

Posted by 07/27/2007 at 12:11 PM

Jenn,

Haas’ personality is what turns me off as well. I just can’t get past that. I also agree with you about James Blake. His body just doesn’t do it for me, but his face is alright. I think you are reading my mind. You can see below who is #1 on my list (Goran all the way baby). You aren’t weird. You just have great taste-

Posted by Sherlock 07/27/2007 at 12:12 PM

Tim, well said at 11:45. All the "hott" talk is great fun, but I really hope some of your young readers don't get the impression that it actually matters. :) Though I guess there really are people who think that hottness = happiness.

Posted by Sherlock 07/27/2007 at 12:13 PM

"our" young readers, that is.

Posted by Alista 07/27/2007 at 12:14 PM

tari, tennislover,

I listed Hewitt in my top five. It's pretty high up in the list of postings. I just love the intensity of his eyes.

Posted by 07/27/2007 at 12:18 PM

L.Rubin,

Thanks for reminding me about Younes El Aynaoui. That man is fiiiiiinnnnneeeeee. I really miss him on tour-

steveintheknow…I liked Mark P. a lot more before the show (Age of Love). Now, I think he is ok looking. See how “personality” or the lack thereof can change ones perception.

Posted by 07/27/2007 at 12:22 PM

I'm glad to see another Croation besides the beautiful Goran getting props. I'm speaking of Ancic ofcourse.

Posted by Andrea 07/27/2007 at 12:23 PM

Tim-
Sorry for butting into your conversation with Samantha, but I agree with you standards. However, the best scenario would be looks plus the personality. Hard to find, but not impossible. But girls do the same thing with guys too. Often we overlook some truely nice guys for the hottie with the body. Or we purposefully go for the 'bad boy' and those who put Marat and Keifer on their list (me included) proved that.

Posted by 07/27/2007 at 12:24 PM

Robbyfan…You can’t be serious. Andy Murry hot?

Posted by Jenn 07/27/2007 at 12:24 PM

Who is this anonymous person telling me I have great taste? how lovely...a smart and perceptive person, this anonymous.

Posted by Sam 07/27/2007 at 12:26 PM

Pseudonymity: Thanks :-)

Tim: Well said at 11:45

Posted by Tim 07/27/2007 at 12:28 PM

Oh I know the deal, I just hope that as Sherlock said, the really young ones out there stop to realize that 'hot' does not equal happy either wth yourslef or in a relationship, its a fun element but 'hot' is just as much about personality and character and sense of humor as a hot bod, unless all youre talkig about is a one night stand thing...

but i dont buy that women are as bad as men..how can you explain the gorgeous women with the ugliest men on earth? Pam Anderson, Kate Moss are perfect examples, their men are aggressively unattractive!

Posted by Jenn 07/27/2007 at 12:30 PM

And this thread also gets a Hall of Fame nomination for getting Tim to reveal his sensitive side. Great advice, Tim! You are so right.

Posted by 07/27/2007 at 12:31 PM

Tim: I second Sherlock and Sam, well said.

Samantha: "I'm just curious, what kind of qualities guys find attractive in girls?" ....i won't and cannot speak for all men, but humour and self-confidence.

Posted by Andrea 07/27/2007 at 12:31 PM

Sam-

Sense of humor is important to me.

Posted by Andrea 07/27/2007 at 12:39 PM

Tim-
You're very true. Most of the time hot = trouble/drama. But it's a fun element.
And seriously, coming from a girl, we can be almost as superficial as men (at least when we're young). And I wouldn't take cocaine Kate's judment of men too seriously.

Posted by DMS 07/27/2007 at 12:39 PM

Sherlock: if typepad has its wishes i will be him.LOL.

Posted by Sherlock 07/27/2007 at 12:41 PM

Btw, Tari, thanks for the nice position on the list. I guess Sam's an ok guy to share with. :) Did Ptenisnet pay you for the top spot? :)

Posted by 07/27/2007 at 12:43 PM

FoT…Agreed on Blake. He did look better with his dreads.

Philip…Hello from another Canadian-

mmmm8…Andy isn’t attractive to me either. Something about the way his eyes cross. What do you mean Goran is too old? He’s what 33/34?. Just right for the picking if you ask me*licks fingers*

Posted by Celia 07/27/2007 at 12:46 PM

Well, I for one will probably never get a boyfreind because all the guys I know only care about the girl's body. And I know some of you are going to say that the perfect guy will appear when you least expect it, but I seriously doubt that.

Posted by Andrea 07/27/2007 at 12:47 PM

Awww Sam...great pic!!
Now I have a mental picture of you when you're talking about your love for beer, or when Celia is hitting you with her raquet. lol

Posted by Sherlock 07/27/2007 at 12:47 PM

Not to keep this hott male discussion going, but I see that Pavel just might be on the verge of the semis in Umag. I've always liked that guy. Don't know about hott, but he's got a cool look and demeanor about him.

Posted by Beth 07/27/2007 at 12:47 PM

still going on I see
Dwiz- I am all for Tommy R - cannot believe I left him off my original list.
best sports movie - Bull Durham - call me crazy - but that pedicure seen is so sexy - I don't know why
Rudy - please - I hear ya Jenn - they really overplayed that gosh awful song-although _ I will admit - I was happy for the boy in the end. He got to live his dream.
Maplesugar - we can agree to disagree then, cause in spite of Roger's acknowledged talent at tennis - there is just no bad boy in him - come on - the guy is always PC and polished - if he is not the "marrying kind" to bring home to mama - who is? My problem is that I was not ever attracted to that kind of guy - nothing wrong with em - I just get bored with 'em - that 's all .

Posted by Mark 07/27/2007 at 12:47 PM

Hey, all this chit chat about finding the right girl/guy is all great, but can I change the subject. I'm thinking my girl Daniela can squeeze out another title in the state of CA. How ironic would it be. It took her 5 years to win title #2, and 5 months to win again. I'd love to see Daniela in the final against my other girl, Patty! I think they are on opposite sides of the draw. (correct me if I'm wrong) Patty will have a tough one against Mirza who is playing well, but I think she can pull it out. Patty and Daniela usually have great matches. I think it would be an entertaining final. Is Patty ever going to do something about that nasty permed mop on her head? Spend some well earned prize money and get a stylist!

Side note: looks + personality + sense of humor = My attention!!!! However, honesty and integrity top the list in my book!

Posted by 07/27/2007 at 12:48 PM

Maplesugar and FoT - I think the reasons you find Fed attractive are exactly the reasons I don't . Somebody said he is what every mom wants her daughter to bring home. I always hated the boys my mother liked - they were immediately put on the reject pile. The minute she approved - I was out of there.

LMAO!!! So true....

Posted by Tim 07/27/2007 at 12:49 PM

ooh i slipped up, now will anyone ever take by bit%&^y comments seriously again?

lets get back on track here... im headed to the gym now so I can look good shirtless, is that soo wrong?? well?

Posted by Sam 07/27/2007 at 12:50 PM

Andrea: Thanks, and LOL about the Celia racquet comment!

Celia: Hang in there. You have a lot to offer and there are men out there (even young ones) who appreciate that.

Posted by 07/27/2007 at 12:51 PM

Omar,

“If Fed walked into a restaurant and you weren't a tennis fan, would any woman snap her neck to look twice at him, unless it's because they think they saw him on some paedophile profile weeks earlier?
I'm telling you, with his 1930's hairstyle and his toothless grin that guy looks potentially dangerous. “

I’m at work!!! You’ve got me laughing so loud. You really know how to paint a picture.

Posted by Andrea 07/27/2007 at 12:51 PM

Celia-
SAME HERE!!! I couldn't agree with you more. The only thing guys my age care about is a girl's 'assets'. Trust me, humor, personality, etc isn't on their mind.

Posted by Celia 07/27/2007 at 12:52 PM

Sam- I won't be holding my breath.

Posted by Flyer 07/27/2007 at 12:53 PM

If you talk yourself into a relationship based on how physically attractive ("hot") you think your partner is - what happens when: they become ill, gain or loose too much weight, loose their hair, age unattractively - you're left with nothing.

A loving relationship is based on truely liking and respecting your significant "other" - accepting them for who they are (don't make the mistake of thinking you can change someone won't EVER happen).

In return, as Tim pointed out, they better like you, enjoy your company and treat you with utter respect - otherwise you're just wasting your time & emotions on a loosing proposition.

Looks are the first thing that attracts - but this attraction actually takes place very quickly - (from an evolutionary standpoint - within minutes humans check each other out to determine health and fertility: physical symetry equates to universal standards of beauty - this beauty standard is actually a quick basis to gauge health & fertility) - but after that first unconscious visual "check list" - the real important factors as noted above should kick in.

And - they better smell nice!

Posted by Celia 07/27/2007 at 12:54 PM

Andrea- I know! All teenage guys care about is whether or not the girl is a size 2 or 4 and how big her "assets" are.

Posted by Andrea 07/27/2007 at 12:56 PM

Beth-
"My problem is that I was not ever attracted to that kind of guy - nothing wrong with em - I just get bored with 'em - that 's all ."

Oh my!! Beth, you never fail to surprise me! There's a famous line from the X-Men movie when Gene tells Wolverine: "Girls flirt with the bad boy Logan, they bring home the good ones". Don't know if you've ever watched that movie, but I guess you don't think that way. lol.

Posted by Sam 07/27/2007 at 12:58 PM

Tim: Working on nice pecs? :-)

Posted by Andrea 07/27/2007 at 12:59 PM

Celia-
We'll can hold our breath together. Both of us seem to be in the same boat.

Posted by Celia 07/27/2007 at 01:04 PM

Andrea- yep. We're in this together.

Posted by Jenn 07/27/2007 at 01:04 PM

Tim, your entire cover is blown. We now know the true, sensitive you. ha!

Celia - *hugs*. Hang in there, girl. You are smart, an athlete and a great personality. Tons to offer. The time of life you are in right now just generally sucks. Think of Rafa winning the US Open to cheer you up. Where do you live? Maybe you could attend a tournament this summer.

Posted by 07/27/2007 at 01:07 PM

Lucy,

Glad you reminded me of Gaudio. Something about him turns me on. Do you know if he has a gold tooth?

Beth,

Yannick is YUMMY-even now.

Posted by Sherlock 07/27/2007 at 01:08 PM

Celia, Andrea, hang in there. You have nothing to worry about. You have SUCH bright futures to look forward to. Smart, funny girls always win in the end.

I'm thinking back to life in college now...and yes, we had electricity and running water...after sleeping in all morning and skipping morning classes, we'd go to lunch in the cafeteria, where we'd sit and scope girls for about three hours, skipping afternoon classes as well. But despite all the talk of assets, etc., the girls that we hung out with at the end of the day were the ones who were "cool", i.e. had a sharp sense of humor and could actually hold a high level conversation. The "hott" girls who couldn't mentally hit water if they fell out of a f***** boat (for you, DMS) were off with the dumb jocks who would be pumping gas after their college "careers" were over. Be smart, be funny, be yourself, and aim high. Don't settle for anything less than you deserve, and all will be well.

And now, Sherlock steps down from his soapbox.

Posted by Celia 07/27/2007 at 01:11 PM

*hugs Jenn back*
Thanks Jenn! I just wish I LOOKED like an athlete. Because I'm really short, so I can gain five pounds and it looks like I gained twenty. Right now all I want is to look toned. I'm going to try to work out more, so it can help me on the courts. And the closest tournament to where I live is Cincy, but I can't go because it's not when my parents chose to take time off from work.

Posted by DMS 07/27/2007 at 01:15 PM

Sherlock: brilliantly done, good context, timed correctly :).

Posted by Andrea 07/27/2007 at 01:15 PM

Sherlock-
Awww...thanks.
Sounds like you had fun in college! Ahhh, TW is really good therapy.

Posted by highpockets 07/27/2007 at 01:15 PM

Celia,

My two cents ... for what it's worth:

Of course guys like nice bodies, just like girls do, but if ALL a guy cares about is if you're a size 2 and have huge knockers, don't waste your time. Most teenage boys aren't thinking with their brains, but I honestly don'tbelieve most of them want to hug (or sleep with) a hard, bumpy pencil.

I can promise you this, there are plenty of guys out there who want a girl/woman who is above all comfortable enough with herself not to try to be someone she's not ... and there's nothing like having zest for life. It's contagious.

Besides, I think most of those boys THINK that's what they're supposed to like, and most girls THINK that's what they're supposed to be like. It's all bunk.

Be yourself and find a way to bring joy and laughter into your world. That will attract a good guy ... and ARE hott good guys out there.

Posted by highpockets 07/27/2007 at 01:17 PM

Sam, you are definitely a hottie.

Andrea, hang in there ... you've got everything you need.

Posted by Celia 07/27/2007 at 01:18 PM

I just want to say thank you to all of the people here. All of you are so supportive and I flove you for it.

Posted by Andrea 07/27/2007 at 01:19 PM

Celia-
This may not be the place to ask, but you live in Ohio?
Do you know how I get my name to appear in blue, so that I have the email thing?

Posted by Celia 07/27/2007 at 01:20 PM

oh, and highpockets, LOL at the bumpy pencil line.

Posted by highpockets 07/27/2007 at 01:23 PM

Ok, I'm embarassed to ask this after hanging around here for so long, but I can't stand it anymore.

Does "flove" mean what I think it means? I've been assuming all this time, so I just want to make sure. If it's what I think it means, the "f" part is short for a word with an "ing" ending. Correct?

Posted by Celia 07/27/2007 at 01:23 PM

Andrea- you know I wish I could tell you where I lived, but my parents wouldn't let me come here again if they found out(they don't know how it is here. They will think that people would want me to meet them somewhere and I will get kidnapped.) But I don't live in Ohio, I live near it.
And I have no idea how to make you're name appear in blue.

Posted by Celia 07/27/2007 at 01:25 PM

highpockets-check the new to tennisworld thing at the right side of your computer screen.

Posted by highpockets 07/27/2007 at 01:26 PM

You enter your email address right under your "name" to make your name appear in blue. But don't do it if you're not comfortable with that.

Andrea - if you put in your email when you are posting a comment, your name will appear in blue as a link if anyone wants to email you. You hang in there, too!

I echo what highpockets said and will add that one of the most attractive qualities in a man or woman is self confidence. Guys, especially young guys, may not list that as a quality they are looking for, but if you love and respect yourself and are comfortable with who you are, it shines through in every aspect of your life and people are drawn to you. It really makes all the difference in the world. So Andrea and Celia, hold you heads high and know that you are smart, talented, great personalities and have a ton to offer out there that goes well beyond any physical appearance issues you may be worried about. If anything, this whole thread should demonstrate that there is something out there for everyone and different tastes abound. For every guy that doesn't like you because you don't have a perfect body, another guy will think you are fabulous!

Celia…On behalf of all Rafa fans, thank you. I enjoyed it,over and over and over...

Uh, thanks anonymous.
To Jenn and highpockets- I don't really care about finding a guy, I just wish a guy would recognize that, hey, I am a girl and maybe flirt with me. A guy has never flirted with me and I don't know why. I mean ( in my opinion) I don't think I'm that ugly.

DMS, thanks. :)

Highpockets, perfectly stated.

"and there's nothing like having zest for life. It's contagious."

Indeed. And "hard, bumpy pencil" was great. :) So true, too.

Omar
If Fed walked into a restaurant and you weren't a tennis fan, would any woman snap her neck to look twice at him, unless it's because they think they saw him on some paedophile profile weeks earlier?
==================================================================

Even with a tennis racket in hand my neck does not snap back. I don't think he's a hottie. I said before that his smile reminds me of someone wearing false teeth. Fed does nothing for me.

“PS For the record, count me among those who find Ivanisevic hott. Oh, yes! Very much so. “

D-Wiz,

You are very wise.

Mark,
Chances of Dani-Patty is final is pretty good. Patty will be tested today by Mirza but will pull through and Dani may have a tough one tomorrow in Chakvetadze.

Rudy3, thanks for Deathly Hallows recap ... looking forward to reading it.

What kind of dance to you teach?

Celia
Don't you think that over sized racquet that you are brandishing might be serving as a deterrent?

Posted by Jamaican Girl 07/27/2007 at 01:52 PM

patrick,
I'm thinking that it will be a Dani-Mirza fina. To me Mirza seems to be on a roll and she lost to Patty last year in a final so she is going to be ready and will move in for the kill.

Thanks Celia. I saw the "flove" definition and ... well ... Mrs. Santa is da bomb so whatever it stands for is okay by me.

errr all this hot talk and I don't think I find any of the tennis players HOTT...i.e. I wouldn't swoon, if I see any of them in public...lol...I'm notoriously hard to please...lol

I wouldn't call Fed hott (his nose is destined to turn into Robert's nose)lol, I'd say he's more on the attractive side...i.e. if I saw him in public dressed all GQ...I would certainly notice...I flove a guy that knows how to dress and wear his clothes as opposed to the clothes wearing him...:)
