Revenge

To avoid TypePad's usual black hole at this point, please continue talking here. And finally (for those poor souls complaining that we never post any Rafa pictures here) this is the reaction seen just after tonight's match.....

Oh, and here's tomorrow's Order of Play - on this link.

GV: 'morning! i just logged on and saw your post and it got me thinking of seve ballesteros. He started out as a caddy or maybe even a ball retriever at a country club, no? it was definitely a story similar to santana's. Golf is similar to tennis in that it certainly used to be an elitist sport, less so today but not by much. And of course hard court tennis is a product of bringing the sport to public courts etc.

GV and AM: the last couple of interviews i've read from rog bother me a bit. When he was referring to his match with karlovic he said something like "it's not so easy when we, the seeded players, get a bye and then have to meet someone like karlovic" It was worded even worse than that. He always reminds you that he is TMF. He has a very different mindset than rafa who says his toughest opponent is whoever he has to play that day. I'm also annoyed by certain posters who only post to harrass rafa fans and then make delusional statements putting words in our mouths. yesterday the worst offender said "now you're saying rafa is a victim of bad sportsmanship?" And no one, i mean no one, had implied anything of the sort. Sod was acting like a jerk as always but no one felt bad for rafa. rafa can handle anything out there.

Today's Crisis Center is now published. Closing down here.
